To reserve your spot, start by becoming an EAA member if you aren't one already. EAA members can streamline their arrival at Camp Scholler through the Express Camping Check-in service. This efficient option is available from Wednesday, July 17, to Sunday, July 21. Membership also provides other benefits during AirVenture.

The camping fees at Camp Scholler are prorated based on when you make your reservation, starting from June 28th through the end of the event. This system is designed to be fair to campers who arrive at different times.
If you reserve your spot early, say on June 28th, your camping fee will cover the entire period from June 28th through the end of AirVenture on July 28th. However, if you wait to make your reservation for later date, you only pay for the days you'll actually be using.
For example, if you make your reservation on July 3rd, your camping fee will only cover from July 3rd through the end of the event. You won't be charged for the days between June 28th and July 2nd. Keep in mind that the camp fills up quickly so check at least daily to see which sites are available and their cost.
