When will my order ship?

Pilot Flight Bags are typically shipped the same day weekdays (M-F) 8 am - 4 pm except holidays. Most other items in our shop are printed within 3-4 days and then shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to get a better idea of the delivery date.

Handbags and carry-on bags are limited stock in the US and may be shipped from oversea locations if our stock is out. In those cases the shipping time can take two weeks to arrive. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes!  We want you to be happy with your purchase. Items can be returned or within 30 days of purchase but must be in new condition and unworn/unwashed in the case of tops. Please click here for return instructions

Can get a refund?

Yes, if the item is unused and in original condition. Return instructions provided after you begin the process will provide the criteria for refunds. Once your return is accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.


A credit minus shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.

Personalized or custom items are final sale and not eligible for returns. 

Can you do custom graphics?

Yes! Email us with a brief description of your project. We can place your graphic on most of our projects for a small customization fee.
