• Flight bags shipped within 24 hrs weekdays; next business day for weekends and holiday orders
• Apparel items and some accessories are printed by a third party and require 2-4 processing days before shipping

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Sample products and personalized items are not eligible for returns.

For flight bags, please include interior packaging content and any dustbags and tags. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
